Is Integrating Women Into National Politics A Mistake

A lot of Nigerian are famous for their inability to moderate and regulate themselves. Those 2are no different. Both cost GEj dearly.

Women can handle affairs well, but I don't think they can handle much pressure if they are placed in delicate positions like the ones Madueke and Ngozi Okonjo Iweala are placed.

They are citizens just like you, giving them opportunities to serve the country on a national level should not be seen as going out of your way to give them special priviledges or something you do out of immense consideration or generousity of spirit. Stop being such a male chauvinist. Dora Akunyili cleaned up NAFDAC after men tried and failed. Even the controversial Iweala has been the best finance minister Nigeria has had since return to democracy. As long as they are qualified and capable of doing the job the real question should be integrity and ability.

They do handle pressure quite well! But when you give them too much latitude, they become careless. Same can be said for members of the opposite sex. Handling pressure has nothing to do with gender.
