INSTEAD of dissipating energy on the agency aspect of the profession, realtors under an aegis, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Chapter, has been urged to drive creation of more new neighbourhoods in the state. New neighbourhoods, according to Yinka Ogunsulire, a realtor, is not a new idea. It has been occurring over a millennia informally and is leadership driven.
