It's unrealistic to do the test in that 30 min time frame, doesnt give much room for eventualities like low ba3,network troubles,etc....I do hope it all aligns perfectly in the end.#Godwin

Mtcheeew.. smh for airtel. Didn't scale through. Good luck and all the best to those who did.

This explains ur beef wiith 2.1 pple. Interesting. I was surprised when u said 2.1 peeps ain't smart when we all know u need smart work to make such a grade regardless of the school. Guess u got dropped coz u didn't make a 2.1. U have turned ur not making a 2.1 in skuul into hate for 2.1 peeps. Dont be that guy. Such statements could discourage other students from working hard. I doont know u but from the way u write, ur sure as hell smart. U need to let go of the hatred

Hahaha... Hatred ke?? Why on earth would I hate people who graduated with a 2'1 for crying out loud?? As a matter of fact I encourage people still in school to work harder and make better grades knowing fully well how recruiters in this country operate and for the record, I never said 2'1 peeps are not smart. Please try and read between the lines. Besides people who are also above the required age would be disqualified so please don't be so quick to judge. If you qualified, I wish you all the best. Airtel or making a 2'1 won't determine how successful in life we will be afterall, we have phd holders working for someone who barely went to school and first class holders working for people who dropped out of school. Please remind me again why I should hate/beef. so bro! See you @ the top. May God bless our hustle smiley

In as much as I understand the point that you are trying to pass across, I want to tell you that in Nigeria now, if you are the type that don't have any connection or skills for entrepreneurship, then you are OYO if you didn't make 2.1... smart or not smart. I could remember someone vividly telling me that i will b shooting myself in the leg if I didn't mk 2.1 and its quite unfortunate that despite all my struggles in sch, I didn't mk it. so am saying this based on first hand exp. The frustration that comes with having a 2.2 in this labour market can mk someone contemplate suicide. no one will ask weda u r smart or not, all dey need is ur 2.1.... with 2.2, u can't even prove how smart you are cos u won't be invited for any test. but with you 2.1, you will be getting invites left right and center, such dat even if u f*up in some, you will readjust urself n nail d others. with myexperience, i won't even wish my enemies to graduate with 2.2 except they hv the connection or skills that will see them try...
Hmmmmm.... Pele.. I understand. At the end of the day, it's God that has the final say over how things will happen cos at times when you read stories of people with 2'1 and above along with masters and other certifications... You with a 2'2 will just lose hope. So you see, getting invites here and there won't guarantee you getting a job. One can even use not getting a 2'1 to his own advantage in the sense that it will spur you on to work harder and smarter rather than banking on your 2'1 to provide you with job. In Nigerian labour market, you go tey for house ooo... May God bless our hustle!

Very true. Sound lline of thought. Workin in airtel cannot be seen as success in life atall. Life is bigger than that. It is what men do after work that makes them rich. Cheers bro. Keep the hustle
