Hi mates,
l want to open this thread to know people of the same idea and capabilities like me.
Here l want to know people who know and like taking cracking challenges or reversing softwares. I know c/cpp language, l can keygen and reverse. So if you know how to and would like cooperation, get in and let's fire up.
Note this is a general thread. I only want serious and know how mates.
See you all....

I only did the elementary one.
Basically in Android.
Taking an app,decompiling the apk,editing and adding my features,generating another sign on no,recompiling and redeploying

Yea I've heard Java is easier of languages to decompile

Ok, can u give me a link to ones u have cracked with ur details included in the resulting.apk
Re: Reverse Engineering by Nobody: 7:59pm On May 09, 2015
When you mean reverse engineering, do you imply reversing to assembly codes?

They are roots apps.
You can't use them...it only works if u have admin.rights on your phone...

@danjumakolo: Then u don't seem to have what l want.
I mean someone who can remove the protections or security of an app.

But I'm very voicerous in c
Re: Reverse Engineering by harby: 6:35am On May 13, 2015
@danjuma you can also msg me on whatsapp with the above number.. I have group of developers there
.. You knowledge will surely be useful
Re: Reverse Engineering by evaboy4real: 1:30pm On May 31, 2015
@Harby: Can u give me link to any of works, probably the apps you had defeated or should l give u a small program to find the key.
This is for a trial.

OP am interested in what you have reversed in c/c++.
Re: Reverse Engineering by evaboy4real: 6:08am On Jun 21, 2015
@Harby, @Seunthomas: Here is the download link:
http://filepi.com/i/nSqxBAC
It is just a few KB file
Goal is to keygen it but if you can't then crack it.
l look forward to seeing your solution soon with download link.

I know this is out-of-point, but is anyone into modding here (PC game-wise)? A little primer would be so useful. kukiito219@gmail.com/08067490432...

Thanks..

Plz am tired of all these off comments and questions.
People looking for cracked apps or off views should keep off.
I ONLY WANT PEOPLE OF LIKE MINDED TOWARDS MY POST or people in the middle of reversing an app and needed some help.
Thanks.

This is not true. You only have to type capcha and that's all. They don't have ads in there site and Even if there is, ads don't have to stop you from passing your test.
Anyways this discussion is closed between me and you unless you give me the link to dload the test you have solved.

@Seun. Do you have any test app you have created? Don't hesitate to give me d download link. Sure, l will try to reverse it.

That's over assumption that it's easy. DO you know the amount of time and dedication always put into Re'ing any software in this life?

If it's that easy, perhaps you care to share how to RE softwares protected by VMProtect.

Also from experience, apart from learning ASM and Olly, you need to know the WinAPI,, IN MY OPINION and some code constructs like C since that is what the windows API is built in...

Like I don't know that you must know WinApi, tell everyone you coding a malware, lol.
VmProtect I haven't done, but yea I'm working on that in future.
I even plan on putting up some tutorial for assembly and WinApi sometime. Possibly dll injection nd all what not.
There are a lot you must know when doing things like that anyway. I studied most of these in 2 years, and am working on something very big as regards security now.

That's all for now. Have fun

Lol. I'm not coding a malware oooo. It's just happens that reversing malware is like the sure fire way to learn RE because they're all protected with various degrees of protection so a wide variety of Samples to play with and more importantly a large community to help with problems.

Well I'll be extremely eager to see the tutorials on ASM but why atress yourself for th WinAPI?

When you reverse C language codes like this

#include <windows.h>
#include <stdio.h>
#include <stdlib.h>

int main()
{
MessageBox(NULL,"I am a Messagebox, "Message",MB_OK);
return 0;
}

Should return a compiled program that shows a messagebox, hence when you reverse in asm you could get something like this

% include (win32.inc)

section .data
Msg :
Msg1: db " I am a Message Box", 10,0
Msg2: db "Message", 10,0

section .text
global _main

_main
push ebp
mov esp, ebp
pop ecx

Invoke Messagebox(NULL,Msg1,Msg2,MB_OK)

pop ebp
ret

It should look like this. Tho am coding from my BlackBerry smiley , need to do some debugging when I get home....

Possibly in ollydbg, will show this part

push ebp
mov esp, ebp
pop ecx

Invoke Messagebox(NULL,Msg1,Msg2,MB_OK)

You don't worry I'm going to discuss most of it when I come paste the tutorials

You have a wonderful RE time.

Too much bla bla bla. Whoever thinks thar he or she got what he claims to should deal with the test sample following this discussion. The link is somewhere in this thread. Download it and deal with it, then upload the solution, then would we know who is who.
