If you good at the factory reset process try backing up your information and do a factory reset.

I got the phone over a year ago. Precisely, September and the problem started early this year. I don't think there is a particular action I took before it started. At least, none that I can remember. What do you think is the problem. Besides, do you recommend a Lenovo smart phone?

techno phantom mini doesn't allow third party launchers as default launchers, anyone who has encountered this??

Are yu using Mobile Network to connect?? Try upgrading using a strong Wifi Network... I would advise you not to Upgrade it if you have no issues with your phone...

Uhm.. Turn off your phone... Hold the Power Button + Volume Up Button together and hold it till it enters ''Recovery Mode''... Use the Volume Down Button to scroll down and select ''Reset'' and select ''Yes''.... This should help you wipe the Phone... After that, Your Phone will restart and i guess you'll be ok..

Its normal with H series of Tecno...

Solution...

Dial *#*#4636#*#* from your phone as if you want to make a Call...

Select ''Phone Information'' and scroll down to the bottom of your screen...

You will see ''Toggle DNS check''... Click on it and make sure the information by the right side of it says ''Allowed''....

Restart your phone and Switch on your 3G...

It should work.. I swear with ma Balls....

Maybe you should try and reinstall the opera... Before doing so, Change Connection protocol in Advanced Settings inside the Operamini to from ''HTTP/Socket'' to ''HTTP'' and check whether yu can download....
