Always wanted somewhere I could see port-harcourt traffic updates.

I think a thread with topic - 'City-name' Traffic Updates - in the Car Talk section will serve such purpose.
It can also be made Sticky.

Its a good idea, but if we're gonna do it, we would need photo update, time, date, city, street name of exact report.

Sure, that shouldn't be a problem, if I am trap in d middle of a traffic, It doesn't cost me anything to take the picture and upload, same should also apply to everybody that wanna update us too
