Receiving your car from Auction Export at your Destination Port

Container: When shipping a full container load the container will be released to the consignee provided. When shipping a less than full container load the container will be assigned to a destination agent who will de-consolidate the cargo to the respective consignees.

RORO: The consignee will receive the vehicle at the port using the Original Bill of Lading or Telex release.

Documents: The title and OBL will be sent via express courier to the consignee as soon as they are received from the U.S. Customs.

Please note Auction Export does not provide customs clearance services at the destination country and it is the client's responsibility to clear their cargo.

Your car will be picked up and delivered to one of the exit ports in USA or Canada.You can request additional pictures of your car from the port. We will handle all of the documentation in USA or Canada. Original title will be sent to USA or Canada Customs, cleared and will be sent to you by express courier mail services (DHL, FEDEX or TNT). You will be notified about the date of the arrival, by email or a phone call. You will need to have your Identification and Original Title with you when receiving the car in your home port.

How can I cancel my bid or the “Buy Now”?

Please note that you can NOT cancel your bid once it was received, however In some cases if you submit your bid and auction does not start yet, you can still call our sales department and see if you can cancel the bid, if auction does not start yet, then your bid will be canceled. You can not cancel your “Buy Now” in any case.

How to bid and win a car at the Auction at a good price?

Bidding option allows you to make a pre-bid for the car you want to have. After we receive your bid, we will represent you at a real auction and inform you later about the auction results. Choosing this option you may buy a car even for the lower price if your bid will meet the seller's reserve price and nobody outbids you.

If a vehicle is going to be sold at the auction, the price is determined based on the bidding results. Whoever offers the highest price and the price is approved by the auction, that one gets the car.
Due to the rapidity of auction sales, we provide the opportunity to place your bid in the Pre-Bidding stage or request Live-on the-Phone bidding before the live auction starts. Since there is no fixed price for an auction vehicle, you can only estimate the amount of your bid; you can do it based on your budget and statistics.

Every vehicle with a bidding option allows you to request live on the PHONE BIDDING with one of our sales representatives. If you submit a live on the phone request you will receive an email with approximate time of the sale and will be contacted by one of our sales representatives 5 minutes before the bidding starts. During the live sale our sales representative will tell you the current bid amounts and you will tell him whether to bid or stop.
Please note the sale is very quick with approximately 3 seconds between bids.
