The first Mayor of Enugu was a Fulani man, Usman Altine. He contested and won thrice against Igbo natives from Enugu State.

If you do not travel and reside in another locality, who do you expect to be considered (let alone, win) elections in a different locality? Igbos travel within Nigeria- which is constitutional as Nigerians. Others barely travel. Don't blame Igbos.
