House... Don't let anybody deceive you, life in SA is expensive and hard, nobody dey boro person money. I lived in wonderpark estate in Pretoria for 1yr+, and spent almost 1m naira on accommodation . to get job is hard, to get permit is extra hard. Even with d permit to get job is hard only petty biz. Your friends are only interested in your BTA, once you gets there, they fire your BTA for u, they start borrowing and taking you to places to lavish your money. Please just arrange better money and go to Europe or Asia country if u wanna travel. SA is out of it. Life in Jo'burg sucks. The only free tinx or cheap tinx u get in SA is P***y... Cool weather tho. But I won't advise anybody to go there... Waste of time and money if you looking for better place to hustle ... But if you into online tinx, u are good to go. Or if u enter with 1yr visa, u can link urself with guys and start pickup tinx but SA na error

Yes, Cape Town is a very lovely place to be,, I have been there twice but honestly I really don't know much about any kind of jobs there,,, just that it's has lot white populations than any other cities here,, but just have it in mind that is far better than our country,,, just try not to hang out with our home guys,,, be honest with who ever you have dealings with especially the ladies here,, South Africa ladies, they love is so much than what we have back home, when they love you, is going to be the best thing that can happen to you,,, wish you all the best

Morning guys,, considering the rate of the Naira in the market now,, that money can't buy much property here in the town,, due it can buy three bedrooms apartment in the town,, honestly investing the property here is very good because the rent here is monthly not the yearly kind we have in Nigeria,, I remember the owner of my flat telling me to try the best I can to invest in property,, men this guy is very rich,, he got more than thirty flats in the complex here,, he is an Indian South African,,, the good things about here is the fact that once you are working and a citizen the banks here can invest in any kind of business of your kind,,, I will personally advice you to go on,, is very good,, like in the complex I stays,, am renting a three bedrooms apartment for six thousand five hundred Rands per months, now tell me,, if you are the owner of that flat, do you know how much you can make every year? Bru the property business here in South Africa is fine and is going to be the best moves for you considering the fact that the rent will be paid in Rands,, hope I have helped a bit

Many thanks for these nuggets.

So we would look for apartments instead.
Are bank auctions good and safe to purchase apartments?
Can you recommend where. I have a bias towards Pretoria or Capetown..

Reading through some of your comments, I am feeling a mixture of laughter and pity. South africa is a NO NO NO for Nigerians. stop allowing this prince guy deceive you all. they hate nigerians with passion. South africans, weather black, colored or white, hate nigerians. This is a fact. with your qualification, none will give you a job, (except some peepee job) forget it. Everywhere you go, the moment they identify you are as a nigerian, they will change their parade for you..lol. This is the reason why most nigerians over here mix only with fellow nigerians. Dont move to south africa . To even rent accomodation is a big wahala. Nigerians have so much dent the image of our country that there is nothing you will tell them to wipeout that stigma.

Most nigerians in cape town, jburg, pretoria, are either into Internet fraud, drugs, owners of shops(small businesses) or students. They can be a little bit nicer to students. Nigerians, please do not go to south africa oh. The country is beautiful with nice infrastructure, but opposite is the mind of the people. My first impression of cape town was, a developed city with under-developed occupants. The people are broken, bitter, poor and divided. The whites are richer and more exposed but also will never deal with a nigerian.

We seriously need to re-brand our image as a people. They love Ghanaians and perceive ghana to be rich. This is because they hardly see Ghanaians around. Out of all the many african migrants in the country, the most hated are Nigerians.

Girls will always love d**k and cash, that doesn't mean they love you. Most Nigerians over here are married to to their women, so is hard for them to leave. How can you be happy and fulfilled in a country where you know you are immensely hated.

The country is far more beautiful than it occupants. Develop city with underdevelop occupants. Is like carrying everyone in ajegunle to lekki without brushing them up..lol

The south African blacks need recolonization, including their illiterate president. Dont you see how the government officials play around the xenophobic attacks? The country is where it is today because of the white race, not those local blacks.

And the Nigerians here, are just like them. Another breed of nigerians I have never seen. All they care about is money. I wonder if some of them sometimes realize this is not their country.

Please if you must move abroad, go to a well developed country (I mean a country with people of well schooled mindset). One major thing I noticed, majority of south africans are poor and uneducated. They have better opportunities, but they dont know how to use it. The black government are also myopic minded and lame.

Millions of black south africans still lives in slums. I visited one of their township, and honestly i ve never seen a place like that in Nigeria. There is heavy poverty and unemployment in the country. The people should rather direct their anger towards their retarded government, than towards other black migrant.

Once a slave, will always be a slave. Even if u break the physical chain, what about the bondage of the mind. The white still Rules.

Some of you wont listen. Go, if you embrace it, then you are one of those few Nigerians without a serious vision for their lives.

And you that want to go their with a tourist visa and stay, I pity you.

I willingly signed the letter like i was never go back to that wayward place called SA

It's pains me when these my home guys that gets into drugs (four one nine) and other high profile crimes here will be saying such a thing against this great country, SA, these bad boys are giving our country a very bad image,,,, I really wish that the south African government will just wake up and stop visas to Nigerian,, and believe me the issue have been raised in the state house

Imagine what you just said. So it was folks like you that ganged up in spoiling the reputation of nigerians in SA by shamelessly selling drugs. Please tell us what time of business you are doing now? What part of SA do you live? How many people share flats with you? And where did you get the capital to start your so called business?

Stop deceiving nigerians. The only reasonable thing that should take any nigerian to south africa, is education and i mean folks that are truly ready to study.

If people back home will have a glimpse of the derogating life some nigerians live in SA, they will choose to rather sit at home.

Especially pretoria and jbourg. May God judge our wicked leaders.

Note some major key-words...... undeveloped mind in a developed country. Nothing can be as heartbreaking as this.

Everybody is saying almost same thing....fraud, drugs, student or small businesses.

If whoever that intends to travel there isn't as caged-minded also.....WHY SOUTH AFRICA?...... my brothers we know things are difficult in Nigeria for we Nigerians..... Explore the internet....explore other continents.... the hustle spirit in everyone will surely wake-up when you away from your safe (comfort) zone...... Why not wake this spirit in an environment that will appreciate you and your presence.

I used to consider S.A myself!!!!
