Please I need diverse opinions on this matter. A good friend of mine is in need of job and I have the capacity to employ him but my family is of the opinion that it may not go down well at the long run. They suggest I should rather help him in any other way apart from giving him employment in my company. I really don't know how to go about it. Please what do u think? 1 Like |

You can employ you friend in two capacities:- One, give him or her Job Description and written Conditions of employment. And two, make him or her a Partner and adhere strictly to Partnership rules, regulations and laws. |
