Value of Shirt= $97 Mom will get: $97/2 = $48.5 + $1 = $49.5 Dad will get: $97/2 = $48.5 +$1 = $49.5 The guys keeps $1 to himself Therefore: $49.5 + $49.5 + 1 = $100 1 Like |

There is no missing $1. You shouldn't keep $1 for yourself because it's not your money. So after giving them $2 to share, you still owe them $98 ($48 for each.) |
