We are pleased to inform you that the upgraded UnionMobile App has been successfully deployed to “google play store” for android phone users. Other phone types (IOS, windows and blackberry) will be available next week.

Below is the process flow to register as an existing or new UnionMobile subscriber.

How existing users can download, register and commence usage.

• Download the App from playstore by searching for UnionMobile
• After downloading the app, click on New User and enter all the required fields.
• Click on Continue to complete the registration
• You will get a notification that you have successfully registered.
• Logon to the UnionMobile App with your newly created password and proceed to perform transaction using your existing UnionMobile PIN.

How new users can register and generate Auto PIN

• Download the App from playstore by searching for UnionMobile
• After downloading the app, click on New User and enter all the required fields.
• Click on Continue to complete the registration
• As a new user, customer is prompted with a Unique Code
• This Unique Code should be sent to 20220 via SMS using the Mobile Number tied to the customer’s account – e.g., send PM1234567890 to 20220
• Customer gets a default PIN
• Customer logon to the UnionMobile App on his/her mobile device , clicks on security and change the default PIN
• Customer gets a notification that PIN has been changed successfully with a transaction limit of N5,000
• Customer can visit any branch for limit increase
