Villagers from ikot akan villagers Situated along Eket-ph expressway decided to block the expressway this afternoon leaving motorists stranded, reasons being that sometime around march this year, a tanker carrying fuel felt at ikot akan junction n fire raised buildings, shops n motorcycles at the junction and Since that Time uptil now government have not done anything abt it. Even the tanker is still at the spot where it felt. So they decided to protest by blocking the expressway... Even army men couldn't pass the road.
