UNPACKAGE YOUR WEAKNESS WITH THE TOOLS OF YOUR STRENGHT

You must have heard a lot about knowing your weaknesses and strength, its quite admirable when you can categorically state your weaknesses without having to think about them, but it can be very dangerous when you become proud of them. Your weakness are not there to be admired but to be totally transformed into your strength and eventually make waves for you. Ralph waldo Emerson said "our strength grows out of our weaknesses" I have heard public speakers talk about how shy they used to be, but how their talent helped to overcome and brought them to limelight.

Just so you know; your strength is required to convert your weaknesses, yes! Though weaknesses are human and forms a greater part of your imperfection but you need those recognised and available strength to turn those weaknesses. It takes a charged circuit to charge. Some are even strength in disguise while some are lazy attitudes stopping you from reaching your goals. It is important to convert those shortcomings into useful ones.

Remember! You can only multiply your talents with your talents.
