We are trying to rectify the pictures issue.

You guys should consider less than 100posts for eligible voters.

Some of the contestants have less than 100 votes on NL, I guess since they are able to contest, people with less than 100posts should be able to vote for them.

This rule is kind of giving advantage to the popular contestants. We want a level playing field here.
