Irene Andersen, one of Sweden’s strongest woman, has been smashing the competition in the female bodybuilding world almost her whole life.

She began her foray into the world of athletics with Jazz Ballet and then moved on to Judo.

At 15, Irene Andersen began lifting weights and has been hooked every since.

Since that day she has been following everything within female bodybuilding.

• Nicole Bass

Self-proclaimed “Largest Woman Bodybuilder in the world today.”

Nicole is an American bodybuilder, actress, professional wrestler and valet previously working for companies such as Extreme Championship Wrestling, WWE, XPW, and the National Wrestling Alliance.

Height: 6 ft 2 inches
Weight: 120Kg

• Reneé Toney

Renné Toney officially has the largest biceps of any woman in the world.

In February 2006, Toney’s biceps were measured at the Arnold Classic Expo.

Officials measured her right biceps at 20″ and her left biceps at 20 ¼”. She achieved her physique after 20 years of training.

• Yolanda Hughes

Yolanda Hughes turned pro in 1992 by winning the IFBB World Amatuer Titles and went on to win the 1997 and 1998 Arnold Classic Champion and also made six Olympia appearances.

Through her pro career she competed strictly in either the Arnold or the Olympia, never variating to other shows for female bodybuilders.

Kim Chizevsky

Illinois-born Kim Chizevsky has one of the most impressive (and famous) bodies of any female builder.
If “Schwarzeneggerian” isn’t a word, it should be.

Appropriately enough, she won first place in the Ms. Olympia contest four years in a row.

•Iris Kyle

Michigan native Iris Kyle is already a bodybuilding legend.
She’s won Ms. Olympia 5 times in a row (2006-10) and 6 times (2004)
overall.

She’s also won the sport’s other premier event, the Ms. International, a whopping 7 times (2004, 2006-11).

Yaxeni Oriquen has won Ms. International four times (2002, 2003, 2005, 2008), and has won Ms. Olympia (2005) and placed 2nd or 3rd five times.

And that’s not even mentioning a slew of top 10 finishes in these and other big IFBB competitions.

• Dayana Cadeau

She is thought as the greatest female bodybuilder to ever come out of Canada.

Well, technically she was born in Haiti, but she was raised in French-speaking Quebec.

The IFBB veteran turned pro way back in 1997 and, although she has never won an IFBB event, she’s been a strong competitor over the years.

She has since retired
No more steroids or iron pumping(or maybe a little )
She looks feminine and pretty now

We both know that steroids inflate the body like air inflates a balloon, so when you stop, you shrink back to your natural size. lol
