I'll stop right here because to my knowledge, this is all the projects started and completed by Akpabio in Akwa Ibom.

I'll also hold off on Fashola for 1 hour and let others insert whatever I left out as completed projects in Akwa Ibom just to be fair..

This is about projects started and completed by both governors within their respective 8 years in office and never what they met on the ground.
