You cannot power anything with two panels. Installers do not tell you the truth because they want to make a quick sale. I have 8 panels in my house currently and I intend to increase it to 16 panels.

Solar renewable power is cool but it is wickedly expensive and if you end up like me getting a bad/incompetent installer, you would be spending a lot in rectifying the issues that would arise.

I would advise you, save money before you venture.

I also noticed the OP putting up a budge lot of 480k and I am wondering how much will that go. These people never say the truth

What you need to ask is - how many hours do you need power for. If it is 24 hours regular power supply, then budget 1.5million

Well, you are right with that sir (working on a rough quick estimate).

As I always say, the size of the house does not matter, nor the appliances you have, BUT the load you intend to put on your solar power set up and the duration of use.

So it could be a lot more cheaper. I don't expect a responsible user to put everything on for 24hrs.

Running the freezer for 24 hrs is a small thing. They only work about 50% of the time they are on anyway. Tv would most likely work for about 12-14 hours (if you are home all day)
The rest are most likely intermittent use. With responsible use 24hrs electricity is very possible at reasonable cost. I will put the price at

N925,000
