I don't really know sha but one of the side effect is the weight gain cause íts a drug for liver problems not for butt... Instead buy botcho original one a friend of mine used it ,it worked but it will make ur ass hard , i don't know if it is d nature of her butt or whether the cream caused it ...but it works like her ass is BIG would have bought but i like mine moderate
