Questions are being asked whenever the Gospel (the Gospel of the Son of God which says "Whoever believes in his heart Jesus is the Christ the Son of God,the Saviour of the world and confess with his mouth that Christ is the Lord of All shall be saved" ) is being preached to the people of the world.

Of all the questions asked,one question stands out which most of the time is frequently asked. The question "What are Saved from?" is the what filled the mouth of the lost soul when He tried to reject the Gospel of Christ.So then,what are we saved from?The Spirit gives the answer to this in the Scripture.

1. FROM THE GRIP OF SATAN: The earth was given to man as an heritage from the Lord I.e Man inheritance. But at the fall of man he lose this to Satan who before was known as Lucifer.So instead of man dominating the earth he is instead being dominated by Satan because he sold his inheritance to Satan by accepting his command over his life in obeying him.On this do Satan said to the Son of God when he has failed twice in getting him to obey him "And showed him all the Kingdoms of the world and the glory of them;all these will I give to you, if you will fall down and worship me" Who gave the Kingdom of the world to him? We did,man gave it to Satan.But Glory be to our Lord Jesus Christ who restored to us our right by coming in flesh into the world and defeating Satan. So when you believe the Gospel your rightful heritage is restored to you and you are freed from the grip of Satan and instead of being dominated you start dominating the world Luke 1:71.

2.FROM THE FALLEN ANGELS: One misconcepted and demonic teachings in the church today is "Satan is omnipresent".This is a lie from the pit of hell. Satan is in No way omnipresent he has never been and he will never be.But he has agents all over the earth for Lucifer was not the only one thrown out of heaven he was thrown out with a third of angels whom he swept away with his tail I.e his teachings.Now this fallen angels do only one thing: Fulfilling the work of their master.So what's the work of their master Satan?It's creating enmity between man and his Creator "God".Making and getting man to hate God and dismiss his existence, creating in them the impression God is not a God of Love that rather he,Satan Love man.But when you receive the Gospel of Christ you are set free from the deception of these fallen angels and therefore saved from their power. Luke 1:71

3.FROM THE POWER OF SIN: After the fall Sin came through Adam and he passed it on to Cain and Abel.Abel was righteous before God but Cain was not but and so Righteousness might not have a place Cain slain Abel that he might not pass his Righteousness to his seed instead Cain passed on his sinful Nature onto his seeds and on and on the Sin spread.The power of sin over man is great and it hold man so tight with a firm grip so great the Spirit affirmed through Apostle Paul in Romans 3:9-10 "For I have already charged all men,both Jews and Greeks,are under the Power of Sin".And many a time man wish he don't want to hate his fellow yet he do so for No reason,he struggled against Lust but lo he fall to it again and with a great affection Christ declared in John 8:34 "Truly, truly, I say to you,every one who commits sin is a slave to sin". But Faith in Christ set you free from the power of Sin by putting and subjecting the flesh to the Spirit of God.So you were saved from the power of Sin Romans 6:14.

4. FROM THE WRATH OF GOD: God has purposed for Satan an eternal destiny in the Lake of Fire.The lake of Fire is made for Satan and his angels alone.But Satan is not ready to go alone so he decided to make man do the same thing he did; making them sinning against God.Now if you do this you will have to follow Satan to the lake of fire.But Glory be to God who gave us victory over sin through our Lord Jesus Christ. Believing in Christ gives you victory over sin which in turn prevent you from commiting sin and thus saving you from through wrath of God.

Christ Love humanity and he gave his life for the Salvation of man.Let's accept the Salvation Christ offered us and new reconciled to God.
