as a kid with respect and honor for d elderly he honestly cued for the old man so to relieve him d stress

after like 10 minutes my bro came back to check the oldman and his fuel,he couldn't blv d man has disappeared with the fuel and rubber

pls what should i do to him

OK that's a lesson #1, U should take d bigger portion of the blame bro angry angry....You know what's up about fuel this period yet u sent d poor little boy angry angry

Anyways sorry about that, just caution d boy in case of next time. No point beating him cos u won't get Ur fuel back even if u kill him. He's just ignorant n was only trying to help the evil witch.

Can't see any gas station selling fuel here on Ibadan, last time I got was on Thursday at #140 per liter somewhere in Bashorun.

I wish I could get an App to track where to buy fuel and the price..

The nearest filling station to me in Lagos sells at N200 but agberos are having a filled day. As usual, forming landlords of Lagos.

It is indeed a bad time to be a Nigerian living in Nigeria.

All I know is that those stressing us on Nigeria will not know peace. In my area (ijaiye)it's going for about 320 - 450 and power has been out for 18days I mean uninterrupted power outage.

There is fuel in redundant places like ogbomosho, ijebu igbo, owode, ikare, zamfara and other south East states where there is less demand for energy due to inactivity

I wonder why there is fuel scarcity in bayelsa and rivers the home of oil while some redundant places have fuel without buyers.
Who told you there's fuel in Ogbomosho?
I bought fuel this morning after queueing for hours at 160 naira. The price has increased to 200 this evening. Correction: Ogbomosho is not a redundant place o.

*its been a long long time coming but I knw A Change Is Gonna Come!

I was born by the river in a little tent
Oh, and just like the river I've been running ever since

It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gon' come, oh yes it will

It's been too hard living, but I'm afraid to die
Cause I don't know what's up there beyond the sky

It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gon' come, oh yes it will

I go to the movie and I go down town
Somebody keep telling me don't hang around

Its been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gon' come, oh yes it will

Then I go to my brother
And I say, "Brother, help me please."
But he winds up knockin' me
Back down on my knees

There been times when I thought I couldn't last for long
But now I think I'm able to carry on

It's been a long, a long time coming
But I know a change gon' come, oh yes it will

As of now, 21:37, 24th May 2015.... filling stations selling as high as ₦400- ₦500 to kegs (not vehicles) and black Market goes as high as ₦700 per litre. My area is Ipaja, Lagos

Am making this pledge to myself, if eventually we are outta this crisis and fuel goes back to ₦87 even a ₦100 per litre, my car fuel tank would never drop pass below half tank... From half tank to Full tank is the style am gonna Adopt!!!!

In my area, it's not just fuel that is expensive and almost impossible to get. Right now water is now our immediate problem. The neighbourhood is hustling for water. As there is no power nor fuel to power pumping machines.

Fuel scarcity Don dey affect posts for nairaland. On an normal day topics like this on front page would have made more than 5pages but I guess most nairalanders don't have power to charge their phones and laptops

considering the fact that fuel scarcity has become a recurrent thing in Nigeria, it is good we seek alternative means of energy as i introduce solar rechargeable fan to you.

(1) it is made up of two parts, namely - the fan part and the solar panel part.
(2) it is very easy to set up, just plug the cable and its working. No technical expertise is required to set it up.
(3) it can work with sunlight and it can also work without sunlight using electricity(PHCN).
(4) It can work for 24hrs. During the day, it works with sunlight using the sunlight energy from the solar panel. Once it is night, it starts using the energy stored by its battery.
(5) it has different sizes. there is the 16 inches solar rechargeable standing fan and the 18 inches solar rechargeable standing fan.
