Following the continuous fuel scarcity nationwide, members of Taxi Union in Akure, the Ondo State Capital have embarked on a massive protest.

Their own sef better. They can still get it at 200/250 but here a litre goes for 350-400 and still people are not getting it to buy.

This is becoming ridiculous. How can a nation of nearly 170 million individuals be held hostage by a few individuals? And yet we do nothing. We have become an object of ridicule to the outside world with many of them asking how a nation that exports crude oil cannot have fuel. The polity and masses are suffering, yet the fattened polithiefians in ABJ arent saying or doing anything. We havent heard squat from the Otueke man, except for the counter claims by his MOF. This is how a nation degenerates into chaos.

Honestly, we may need military intervention. If the military invades every depot and orders the immediate lifting of petrol and diesel, let's see who will object to it... This country is tiresome.

Now,I pity the president-elect!

Its like a deliberate act of sabotage by PDP to make his adminstration start with everything wrong with Nigeria.

We as citizens need to be strong and support the new goverment

Pure comedy. Nigerians always pride themselves as being smart and hardworking. After 5+ decades of democracy, no light, no fuel, no good road, poor education, poor health care, I could go on and on. For you corruption is just another day business. God save you all!

I experienced this myself..they started trekking from alagbaka stopping every taxi and forcing the passengers to alight..
Most of them moved on foot at about a distance of 6km to roar block..
Trek for fuel scarcity I guess..

It was a peaceful anyways as police officers were seen around them
