corruption in whatever form, whether bribe, fraud, embezzlement, kick back, etc, remains an intractable problem confronting post-colonial Nigeria. indeed, corruption has eaten deep into the fabric of Nigerian society. corruption in Nigeria is recognized by the international community. a recent report by an international agency rated Nigeria as one of the five most corrupt countries of the world. it was in view of this ugly situation that olusegun obasanjo shortly on asuumption of office promulgated the anti-corruption law. **how well has this gone in curbing corruption in Nigeria?
