Our client operates a high rated bar/lounge located around Ikeja area. A well structured and organised bar/lounge seeking to expand its operation requires the service of a
1. Bar supervisor
2. Bar Man
3. Waitress

Responsibilities:
• On the floor observation and supervising to ensure that the bars are running according to the service standard manual, policies and procedural manual.
• Investigate guest complaints and take corrective measures, together with a report to the manager.
• Ensure that operational stock levels are sufficient to maintain minimum standards as laid down.
• Ensure that inventory is taken as per policy.
• Assist in implementing and controlling the billing procedures for all bars.

Qualification and requirements:
• SSCE/OND
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience
• Extensive knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware.
• Alcohol awareness and knowledge of responsible service.
• Good understanding of the Hospitality industry standards, policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English(verbal, listening, writing)
• Creative and open minded
• Good business mind and commercial flair
• Service minded and ability to involve and support operations.
