What have the states done with their share of the excess crude revenue??

I'm sure most of them embezzled it. Money that they should have used in developing their states....

Most of these state governments are lazy. All they know is to collect revenue from the Federation Account and disburse it. They can't think of other ways of generating revenue. mtcheew...
