We are looking for someone who will develop best practices for managing our engagement with supporters across multiple channels.  Being part of the evolution of these channels you will work closely with the global community of users to create, monitor and enrich collaborative structures to advocate and share the best ways of working with our systems to achieve our goals.
 
Working within an Engagement Systems team of 4, the person we are looking for will be able to:
Promote, moderate and support collaboration communities amongst end users within and between regional offices to deliver a community of practice and self-supporting mechanism to ensure best utilization of systems.
Provide direction and training in the adoption, use and development of a variety of essential engagement systems and platforms
Collaborate with global IT teams to provide full & consistent NRO support arrangements.
Constantly evaluate the performance and suitability of our selected systems seeking to provide improvement in usage and functionality to assess the relevance of the current systems to our evolving requirements.
