Chairman of Silverbird group and Senator-elect representing Bayelsa East, Ben Murray-Bruce has said that no public official except the president and vice-president should have a convoy of more than 3 cars.

The politician made his feeling know in a series of tweets posted on his personal twitter handle;  @benmurraybruce.

Over the past few weeks the senator-elect has been outspoken about political issues in the country. He has promised to fight the course of politicians having their salaries slashed.

The entertainment guru had earlier blasted the government for its lavish spending on Nigerian politicians who, he says do not improve the lives of impoverish Nigerians.
