I attended an event yesterday and I got to see different law enforcement agents in action. I also saw these Nigerian legion corps of commissionaires with their own hiluxes and dressed carrying semi automatic rifles. And they were young people.. I am really confused here.. I thought Nigerian legion were army retirees ? Who knows more about them and their legality? 1 Share
