Peugeot 607

engine misfires, is under powered and leaks a lot of engine oil, water pump is also leaking. There's also a history of overheating.

Brake rotors(disks) are rusted and uneven.

I'm recommending an engine replacement.

There was also vehicle abuse from previous user or maintenance person.

I noticed that my honda accord 98 is a rust bucket cos the doors have noticable rusts, the back tire area has opened into the trunk area.
A panel beater has said the fuel tank will be removed for a thorough job to be one.
My question is this- do you also do such works? Cos I will prefer a lasting solution to this embarrassing issue.

It is fixable but I avoid such jobs.

Corrola 07 engine is mounted, starter mortor, clutch plate, CV joints in terrible condition.
Gear oil also has some liquid in it(milky colour)

Accord 07, kpom sounds on the front right wheel were caused by 2 things.

1. Bad lower ball joint.

2. No anti squeal in brake pads.

Ball joint replaced.

Back to the peugeot 607.

Every one in the office had been avoiding the peugeot 607 engine replacement. It is well rusted underneath, and during the course of removing the old engine, it drew blood .
After church on Sunday tuned my phones to silence mode, and went in Guns blazing

Problem 1. The exhaust bolts, at the junction were rusted, and a replacement (along with catalysts) had been sourced, but getting the old one out was the task.

Bolts and nuts were broken off.
