Dear Lagosians,

Can we people of Ogun State borrow Gov. Fashola just for 3 months to come and help us lift the face of ogun State and safe us from Ogun politicians. The only things we hear in news (GTV & G Radio is teleguided/scripted news about government achievment that is not visible. If a blind man go to Lagos today, he would see the presence of Goverment, that is what we call governance. So many things are lacking in Ogun State. The only physible things are Stadia, Cars for Obas, Goverment officials and Judiciary, what effect does all these has on Ogun economy? Please, something must be done, Billboards everywhere advertising OGD, nothing in the news from the state own media houses, don't they see what is happening in Lagos State? How Yewa will take government leadership in 2011 is what they are running after now leaving what will affect common man that doesn't belong to any political party will benefit. Well! GFF is giving people plastic containers for fetching and washing clothes,

Ogun people should be satisfied with their billboards which I find very disgusting. Why erecting billboards with the governor's picture all over the place when actually its the people's money that is being spent for executing the so called projects.

By the way, why does the governor seem to be fighting everybody?

@ Lagosboy

Fashola must run again oooo. I will personally go to Alausa and beg him to do it again.

Ogun people should stand up and elect a credible governor in 2011, somebody even better than fashola if they are so in need of development. That was what Lagosians did.

Only if people's vote counts in Nigeria. Lagos and Kano are exception due to the level of awareness , intellect and security risks they pose to the nation.

Recent events in Edo, Anambra, Abia, Imo, Rivers and a few other states have shown that many nigerians are beginning to wake up. Ogun people should take a cue, vote and stand up against rigging instead of looking for who to borrow.

What events The change in leadership in these states don't show anything about Nigerians waking up.
They only show that the person in charge(Our Sluggish President and his cronies) have had no special affiliation or liking towards the previously installed Governors at the time of their removal!
Wait until 2011 to check if "these events" show anything about 'Nigerians beginning to wake up".

This is more like it. Makes sense to me. Lagos and Kano really do appear electorally immune to the whims and caprices of INEC and those political jobbers!
