How possible is that? Giving scores to deceased persons. Who wrote the exams? Or were the lecturers in a different world when they were marking the scripts?

Anything is possible in ds country guys.. Some poly guys that never went for dr HND programm jus finished d last nysc orientation camp.dey bought dr HND certificate.was shown one of dos guys 2yrs ago during his service, I Neva believed not until ........corruption everywhere.
