The FG statutorily fund Police and the armed forces, most of these monies end up in the pocket of the Governor and his friends. They do NOT ACCOUNT for security vote money, and they don't joke with it.

there are too many loopholes in this country through which our leaders can steal money and until we block those loopholes, real development may just be a mere wishful thinking for we the citizens.
