1. Flash the run afresh (backup first)
2. Goto system update and download all the updates, 1,2,3
3. Restore data ONLY. If you're using xposed, after the system updates then flash the xposed installer zip , use the latest version goto xda for that.
4. Alternatively you can ignore restoring of data and only restore your apps via Titanium backup
