Just out of curiosity. Could you kindly tell me how much it costs for your borehole drilling services please. My site is at Arigbajo, Ifo.

I may look into that aspect now if your charges are considerable. Cheers.

Re: My 4 Bedroom Project by bplenty(m): 1:44am On Jun 25, 2016
The doors has finally been fixed by @kolashangeone and his boys. However one of the doors for the toilet was meant to be 2ft 6. There was a mistake so it came out as 2ft 3. Other doors to the rooms are 3ft.

They internals from @kolashangone has been finally completed.

The next phase is the POP that will commence next week. Again thanks to all the contributors. Your comments are highly welcomed. Cheers.

That means the frame comes out too? The best way I know dem dey do this at iyana ipaja sawmill is both doors, frame and keys are all fix right there left to be transported to site. THats is i think the best way for locally made doors and the bricklayer had to work around the fully made door+frame and not the other way round......

But meanwhile:

Application for Tender

can we have de ones removed Sire?? grin

question tendered with upmost respest...... ofcourse

Oga mi, I dey Stamford bridge right now o grin grin I have a place around ipaja so i rummage around there a lot when i enter town.

but i can send my guys to go and take a picture for you. Every time we get doors from there that the way we do it. It is a better concept even the frame is built around the doors. Giving it a nice finish, squared and not expensive at all.

check this out https://www.nairaland.com/1799959/re-pictorial-representation-kitchen-cabinet

for me it is important to get thing right first time and all of that comes from experience.....

Simply tell your carpenter to build ( if you dont mind ) frame around a new set door before fitting them into the wall. Simple mate just like in the picture

Updates : Frames for the window nets were delivered to the site this past weekend. Photos coming through soon.

I contacted @Larwin and his boys to do a research on my site to see if borehole drilling would work. Research/results will be delivered in 24 hours.
