Salary Rate:
Trainee Geologist Stage
Field Work 800 naira/day
Indoor work 500 naira/day

Salary Rate:
Geologist (Assistant Team Leader) Stage
Field Work 1000 naira/day
Indoor work 600 naira/day

Geologist（Team Leader ）Stage
Field Work 1500 naira/day
Indoor work 800 naira/day

any of the stage comes with allowance of
Field Work 300 naira/day
Indoor work 200 naira/day

and Performance Award
500 naira – 5000 naira /Month

The Trainee Geologist position is for three months. On successful completion the trainees graduate to Assistant Team Leaders. After Six months in this stage any of the team member has the opportunity of progressing to Team leader depending on performance.

Performance Award depends on the assessment by the Supervisor in the different mining sites.

Salary will increase with 3000 naira/Month annually.

Working time: From Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., depending on progress of work and weather circumstances.

Requirement
1. University graduates, with geology, geotechnical and other related professional major, any related experience is an added advantage
2. Ability to read and write in English Language
3. Must enjoy working in the field, ability to adapt to field conditions
4. Healthy body and good health conditions, evidence with certificate by hospital authority would be an added advantage. Must adapt to the environments of field exploration work (including manual labour), and can use tent for sleep during field work, has strong sense of responsibility, obey all the work instructions from the supervisor.
