1) Dry teeth.
2) Rotate bottom of click-pen to dispense gel from opposite end.
3) Apply a layer of gel onto surfaces of your upper teeth and allow it to dry for 30 seconds, then repeat this process on lower teeth
4) Avoid lips from contacting teeth for 30-60 seconds.
