Job role and duties • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. • Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. • File and maintain records. • Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public. • Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents. • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, or mail • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. • Receive payment and record receipts for services. • Perform duties, such as straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area. • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents. • Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability. • Take orders for merchandise or materials and send them to the proper departments to be filled • Schedule space or equipment for special programs and prepare lists of participants. • Enroll individuals to participate in programs and notify them of their acceptance. • Calculate and quote rates for tours, stocks, insurance policies, or other products or service Requirements 1. The candidates must possess B.Sc Degree/HND/OND in any degree from a reputable institution. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Preferably a female candidate; residing on Lekki – Epe expressway or 15 – 20 mins from Lekki Phase One . 4. Eloquence, great dress sense and self confidence are important parameters. 5. Strong interpersonal skills. 6. 2-3 years experience is preferred. 7. Knowledge of accounting and scheduling 8. Computer skills 9. Excellent customer service skills 10. Word processing and writing skills 11.
