i begin to bleach my oil by pouring it into the pot to cook for another 5mins but it depends on what you are using to cook if its a gas cooker or electric cooker one has to be careful and look for that thin brownness to get the perfect bleaching

so i allow to cook and add some salt becos bitter leaf can be tricky and if you want to get that bitter sweet tasty taste you have to do wonders on how to blend it with the fineness of salt but yeah be very careful a salt too much and the meal is gone bad tongue tongue tongue tongue tongue kiss kiss kiss kiss cry cry cry cry cry

i also added the goat head so i added my bitter leaf again to give me my perfect taste wink wink wink
