I still don't understand why they have to ask them to sit on the floor as I find it so annoying.

But na their religious culture. Even a Muslim president will like to sit on the floor. But he would pretend he can lead his country to the moon with space crafts.

This is not surprising. In the core parts of the North, banking halls look just as in the pic. I did my NYSC in Yobe and it was normal for people to sit on the floor in a bank

Happening at this day and age in Nigeria..its so sad!

What! In this technological era whereby I rarely make use of my ATM just because of availability of online transactions. That's the resultant effect of lack of education/modernization.

May be na #2k majority wants to pay/withdraw wey dey full bank like this ooo.

That is what you get when you copy policies and practices from the advance world, and paste same in 3rd world (zoo) without
caring about peculiar environmental considerations and expect it to work.

Must everybody use the bank?
What is micro fin and other small scale contribution societies etc are for if every Haruna, Okeke and Tope in the hinterland have to use the commercial banks?

Not only for the BVN itself, most Nigerian banks have a few number of employees, and this makes the banking system (banking services) so poor. I think Nigeria as a commonwealth country should improve on her banking business to make financial services easy and accessible.
