Senators did not back Iwu, they only said only the senate has the power to sack Iwu.


In the USA and in many countries. Iwu should not conduct the election. In the USA the state election commission conduct all election. from the presidential to senate , reps , local govt and other.

The state board of election for nigeria should  made up of 2 member of the first 5 political parties.  The state election body also register voters in the USA.

Iwu can only declare the final presidential result only . The state body declear the result first.
