You guys are just over-hyping 50 shades of grey. Yes it has strong adult content , but that's nothing compared to what I have seen.

I know, right! I was highly disappointed when I watched it because it could not even be remotely compared to the book, that's based on the sexual content. Movies like Addicted Was way worse than 50 shades.

I was disappointed too but its a normal thing when a novel is being shot. The descriptions of a novel are pictured in the mind. The writer paints such images easily. Such are harder to depict in movies especially for social acceptability and money raking.

Same way harry potter movie disappointed me... I read the 7 parts but the film? Gush.

I learnt the film was banned days after release which made them cut out the erotic scenes. Dunno how true.

I also heard something like that. But even if they hadn't cut out the erotic scenes, I doubt it would have equaled the standard of the novel.
