Maybe because its more like a snack for some. And people most times use it to supplement alcohol when they visit bars at night, hence the reason why people don't waste their time making suya during the day |

Honestly, I don't see that as a problem....unless you've decided to make it a personal problem. Your reason about having it as breakfast is not sound...you will agree with me that 90% of what you eat as breakfast is being prepared by you(in your house). so if you must eat suya in d morning there isn't anything stopping you from preparing it yourself. |
