Another illiterate. Though he didn't pass through primaries but he was legally adopted at the convention where he pulled 100% YES votes with Sen. Nnamani as returning officer. Through that act, he satisfied the electoral requirement. #thank me for educating you

It was the PDP's policy to return a sitting president to contest, un opposed and they all abide by that policy.

No one should question how APC files their own candidates,

But why are they having problem?

Don't they have a party policy as well?

Why is it hard for them to solve it?

If PDP do not have a good case at the tribunal, there would not have been any need for the letter.
In this case, PDP argued that APC did not conduct Primary election, as required by the Electoral act. The report has it that PDP relied on the documents produced by APC aggrieved governorship aspirants who are also in court to challenge the emergence of Samuel Ortom as the APC governorship flag bearer,to proof their case.
In the case of Amaechi V Omehia, Amaechi stood for the primary, but was latter subtituted with Omehia by PDP.Therefore, the FACT of the case you cited is not the same with this case.

Frankly Akume overplayed his hand on this one. It would take the grace of God for APC to survive this one. And Ortom has allowed himself as old as he is to be led by the nose by Akume on appointments so far as though he doesn't have a mind of his own.

you should be ashamed of what you av just written, are u saying APC shouldn't follow constitution laid down methodology on producing their flagbearer? GEJ didn't go throught primaries but was unanimously given the ticket, however, the law states that they must be a ratification in that process, which they did. Always remember that your the ruling party and APC shouldn't make mistakes PDP did.

Bro, you are very correct. I saw this coming. During the party primaries, the APC was so engulfed in unseating GEJ that they forgot to cover their back and resolve fall-outs from their primaries. Now their members are the once providing the oposition with much needed evidence to destory them. If they are not careful, most of their loss at the tribunal will be based on this issues - lossing their "popular" mandate to the "unpopular" party.

You go understand because of the apc blood in you. There is nothing you apc members will ever reason as correct becuase your party apc is built in a temporary, fabricated and propaganda. Go back and read the thread again and see if it is not the concern of pdp to interfer. As it is now, apc is gone. They are not only learners but also not accepted by nature because of the attrocities you people comitted again the innocent man, GEJ. Apc will only record failure and disappointments.
