There is an urgent vacancy for an Online Forum/Community Moderator .He/she will implement the Company’s Online Forum/Community Moderation Strategy, monitoring and moderating user-generated content to ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe and fun environment.

Responsibilities:
- Know and enforce community Rules for Participation.
- Posts within the community, engaging with the community to encourage community member interaction
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
- In charge of admin and manage feedback/complaint from users.
- Respond to member suggestions and requests for forum topics.
- Manage all the social media platform for the forum

Requirements

- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be a customer focused person who is self motivated, friendly and has a passion for online communities and social media
- Familiarity with basic web technologies a plus
- Familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Instagram platforms.
- Forum moderation experience a plus.
