No doubt, as the heir to the vast business and royal empire of Oba Frederick Obateru Enitiolorunda Akinruntan, the Olugbo of Ugboland in Ondo State, Hon Akinruntan could without any apology be referred to as moneybags, the reason behind his lavish lifestyle for which some of the people whose interest he represents at the state assembly are singing lamentation songs of putting the wrong person forward to oversee their interest; having ride on the wide acceptance of his father and loyalty of the people of Ugboland to sit at the state assembly.

The essence of being a lawmaker is to provide adequate representation to the electorate who sowed their trust and future, but alas Hon Prince Akinruntan would rather see his call to service as a call to publicly display his affluence in the Ondo State House of Assembly as he comes to the Assembly in a convey that puts that of Speaker of the House to shame just like his retinue of personal aides and security is second to none not just within the assembly but indeed anywhere he is spotted.

This development makes people wonder what Hon Akinruntan would have done were he to occupy a higher office if at this level he can allegedly boast of such intimidating convoys and aides.
