To the best of my knowledge she is not qualified to be an inec boss....not even a master degree holder on the so callled drugs#abi pharmacy# that she studied, talk less of PhD....anyway if she can deliver which I strongly doubt....change pple told us that buhari's appointment will be based on merit and competency.
