tnx sir 4 dat observation, bt i mentioned earlier on that its much more advisable 2 get an expired domain(wt gud PR, BL etc.) because such domains(expired) already has established traffic value. besides, a very gud name like i mentioned earlier will sell very fast if put on auction. the packing idea is just 2 keep little cash flow ontill d said domain is sold. I also made mention of d importance of being smart, pateince n descipline, dis is not a get rich quick system.
