Miley Cyrus has bagged herself a Victoria's Secret model ... and during a break from filming a new music video Tuesday night in Los Angeles ... they locked up in a heavy make-out session. The girl's Stella Maxwell, and she and Miley have been hanging out quite a bit lately. Miley posted a photo with Stella a few weeks back and captioned it,emoji_miley The photo and video were shot Tuesday night in the parking lot at The Palm in Bev Hills. They both saw the cameras and clearly kissed to make a point, and it did not seem like a typical Miley gag. We had to blur the video because Miley's hand goes south with Stella's help.
