It was a gathering of top shots as the Director of Defence Information (The Defence Spokesman), Major General Chris Olukolade presented two books titled "Issues In The Mobilization Of Public Support For Military Operations In Nigeria" and "The Battles And Voice Of The Nigerian Military" . The event which took place at the Nigerian Air Force Conference Centre Kado, Abuja brought to light the very critical and exhaustive dimensions of the military for a good conception of civil – military co-existence. Present at the event were the special guest of honour, former Head of State General Abdulsalam Abubakar, who was represented by Lt. Gen. AD Danbazau, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence, Alhaji Ismaila Aliyu, Prof Jerry Gana and Governors from Anambra, Ogun and Ondo were also represented.
