So anyone that doesn't have a job should become a criminal, and where in the world is it the responsibility of govt to provide job for anyone? Granted, government has the responsibility to ensure an enabling environment for innovation and businesses to thrive, but it doesn't mean you should sit down and wait for govt to provide job for you.

Let me say it the way it is regardless of whose ox is gored.
When it comes to all kinds of electronic, dating scams and advanced fee fraud, look no further than the southwest.
They seem to have carved a niche in that specific criminal activities.
Interpol and other relevant agencies should set up liason offices in that region to effectively stem this evil.

There was a day I had issues with my PC and I needed to send An email urgently,so i sought for the nearest cyber café. When I found one,luckily it was very peaceful with few people. They gave me a system. Lo and behold there were two teenage boys beside me,I was curious to know what the boys were doing at the cafe during school hours,11:am. I peeped at their system and discovered these boys were chatting with a woman older than my mother,that woman wouldn't have been less than 70yrs old. I was not comfortable,I had to ask them what they were doing out of school at 11 am; these teenagers were between 13 and 15. I saw naked pictures of woman old enough to be their grandmother. Oh My Gosh! This generation,SMH.

At least we don't export criminals to other areas within the country (except abroad to Europe and US). All our criminals are at home. Not exported to other parts of the country.
